I Have Always Had A Sensative Gi Tract Ie Many

I have always had a sensative gi tract ie many different foods cause loose stool. I went to africa for a few weeks and returned home early October and have had foul smelling urine and a more than usual sensative stomach. The stomach has seemed to somewhat get better but the urine smell is getting worse.
