I Have Always Had Good Blood Pressure But Lately It's

I have always had good blood pressure but lately it's been high when I have checked it at grocery stores. Lately my lower legs and feet are swelling during the day. I feel really tired at work. I take care of my mother who had a stroke 4. Years ago and my elderly father I know I have a lot of stress but I have always been able to walk without getting so tired. My job is quite stressful also. Can this be the cause of my blood pressure being high?
