I Have Always Had Heavy Horrible Periods. Last 2 Years

I have always had heavy horrible periods. Last 2 years very bad. Pads, and tampons some times 2 pads at once and have to change every hour to 2.
Well I had test done over 4yrs Ago and was told I had lots of scar tissue and polyps all over my cervix. But I am in terrible pain all the time and its like every other week now. But I have no insurance so I don't know what to do. Need help sooooo bad, please!! Thank You
