I Have Always Had Stomach Problems, But Recently Bowel Movements

I have always had stomach problems, but recently bowel movements have changed and I get a pulsating movement to the right of my navel. It's not painful just weird. Sometimes I can see my stomach actually move in and out it is such a strong pulse. Should I be worried. I'm 65 and otherwise in good health.
