I Have Always Had Very Abnormal Preiods. Reguardless Of My

I have always had very abnormal preiods. Reguardless of my time in between cycles I have never bled for more than 7 days. I recently went in for a pap (2 years over due) because I was having pelvic pain and bleeding. They ordered an ultrasound and blood tests too. Ultrasound and lab came back normal. My pap came back abmormal and positive for HPV. I had a coloscolpy done and the results came back as CIN2 & 3. This is all in a span of 3 months in which I had been bleeding every single day up until 3 days ago. Last night I had some alcohol beverages and started bleeding/ clotting half way through the night fairly heavy. Could CIN 2 & 3 cause a source of bleeding after drinking alcohol?
