I Have Amyloid Deposits (23 Enlarged Nodes) In My Lungs.

I have amyloid deposits (23 enlarged nodes) in my lungs. Lots of them. I have also been diagnosed with Parkinson's. Can they be related? Don't know what misbehaving protein is causing the anyloid deposits in lungs. Could it be related to alpha-synuclein which is found in Parkinson's? Would I be of any help in a clinical trial?
