I Have An 11 Year Old Female Chihuahua She Is

I have an 11 year old female Chihuahua she is experiencing lethargy she had blood work on Friday and her one liver enzyme is twice what it should be she's also was also slightly dehydrated are kidneys seem to be find her gall bladders find her heart she has a heart murmur but she said that long time he always hurt her lungs are clear she's been at the vet since Friday because they wanted to do intervenous rehydration and they are giving her antibiotics intravenously there are not pretty much as a loss as to what it might be she doesn't seem to be getting any better but she doesn't seem to be getting any worse is there any is there a vet that can maybe figure out what we should try next if so please let us know thank you
