I Have An 18 Month Old Baby And She Received

I have an 18 month old baby and she received a tetanus toxoid vaccine because she was bitten by a dog,.is it really necessary if the bitten area (hand) has a pinpoint scratch only? The dog is totally fine after 3weeks. I refused for the antirabies vaccine since she has severe allergies from egg and chicken. I also have another concern, her pediatrician told me that she can receive a booster dose of DPT even if it's only 2weeks apart since she last receive the tetanus toxoid vaccine. Is it really fine? I'm really worried that it will be like overdosing for tetanus vaccine. Please help. Thank you for your attention regarding my queries.
