I Have An 8 Month Old Baby And Today I

I have an 8 month old baby and today I noticed some bumps that looked like a bee sting but he never got stung and then they disappeared. When I have him a bath later in the evening he got the same bumps just different sizes all over his legs and butt. Now they are gone. What is going on???
