I Have An 80 Year Old That Had A Whipple

I have an 80 year old that had a whipple about 8 years back and has had to be on Domperidone Maleate 10 mg ordered from Canada due to US not having it approved yet. Is dopamine antagonists the same type of meds, or is there anything that can be used in place of this. It is extremely expensive for her monthly, plus having to get it from Canada is a pain.
