I Have An A-Fib History And I Can't Take Warfin

I have an A-Fib History and I can't take Warfin due to an alergy to it. I have been taking a 325 Aspirin daily for the past 5 years. Lately I am having ringing in my ears and stager when I walk I tend to get comfused and forgetful. could this be caused by aspirin poisning ? I have other simptoms such as dissieness, headaches and poor sleeping and constant ringing in both ears.
