I Have An Achilles Soreness. I Have Had Them Before

I have an Achilles soreness. I have had them before and they eventually go away. this is the first time I have notices a small lump on the Achilles. In the past the whole Achilles was swollen but now in just this one spot just above the heal. Should I be concerned?
