I Have An ENT Follow Up Appointment Next Week, My

I have an ENT follow up appointment next week, my ENT doctor suspects I may have LPR and has given me a course of 6 weeks acid blockers and asked me to adjust my diet etc. I feel better but it is up and down, some days I have a sore throat, other days not. What sort of questions should I ask at my follow up appointment?
