I Have An EXCESSIVE Amount Medium Sized Brown Specs With

I have an EXCESSIVE amount medium sized brown specs with no odor on the tissue when I wipe. At first it was EXTREMELY ITCHY, now the itching has subsided a LITTLE. However I SHOULD not be seeing MULTIPLE BROWN specs when wiping. This began in JULY after taking a course of needed steroids. Tried to self treat it for a while with NO SUCCESS. In Nov, had a obgyn exam/culture, showed TWO forms of yeast. Took 1 pill rounds of Diflucan.... NO SUCCESS. A week later took two pills... NO SUCCESS.... A week later the MD started me on Boric Acid suppositories for 2 weeks.... You guessed it NO SUCCESS. I now am uninsured and need a possible answer to what my be occurring in my body.... Please help me.
