But now, I am showing signs of CHF, dry persistent cough, retaining water, fatigue, apnea, exhaustion and shortness of breath and rapid weight gain of 40-45 lbs in 6 months. I saw a heart specialist. one year ago. He was not concerned about it Should I get a second opinion?
