I Have An Abcessed Cyst Underneath My Right Breast, It

I have an abcessed cyst underneath my right breast, it is very red, painful and very hard with a white head on it like a pimple. I went to the urgent care on Friday expecting to get in lanced but instead was put on two antibiotics, the doctor said he couldn't lance it until the infection and the hardness went away. I started the medication immediately but as of today I don't see much change and it is still very red, hard, big and extremely painful, is this common?
