I Have An Abnormally Large Anus And Poop Keeps Falling

I have an abnormally large anus and poop keeps falling out whenever I walk down stairs. This has changed my entire life because now I must avoid all stairs. Stairs have become the equivalent of Satan for me, please help me so I can stop having to wear brown pants all the time
