I Have An Absecced Tooth And Am Taking Clindamycin 3

I have an absecced tooth and am taking Clindamycin 3 times a day, 150 mg, but I have a lot of pain, particularly when lying down to rest at night. Also am taking Taylenol 500 every 6 hours. I have an appointment for the extraction next Monday AM, but I cannot sleep at night, even with the antibiotic and Tylenol
What other remedies can I use to alleviate the pain?
