I Have An Absyss That, I Wouldn't Say Is Painful,

I have an absyss that, I wouldn't say is painful, more uncomfortable in the gum/cheek of my mouth where my wisdom tooth is coming through... I also have oral suspension clarithromycin. I am wondering if it will help with the aggravation or at least the swelling as its causing discomfort when I brush my teeth (obv) and when I eat.. open mouth etc... :)

it wasn't a problem when it begun but as you can imagine its began to cause serious discomfort to a point where I can actually feel the swelling through the outside of my cheek.. any advise or information would be greatly appreciated as I really do not have the time to do the Dentist ( I have 2 minors "2yrs.. 7weeks old" )

thank you!!
