I Have An Accentuation Of The Normal Cervical Lordosis In

I have an accentuation of the normal cervical lordosis in the setting of moderate to severe upper to mild cervical spondylosis. Retrolisthesis of C3 on C4, Grade II in extent, is present. There is retrolisthesis of C4 on C5, Grade I in extent. Also Bilateral moderate to severe osseous foraminal encroachment at C3-4 and C4-5. I have been having neck pain for almost 5 years that is intermediate but becoming more frequent. This is sometimes associated with movement but most often with mild to moderate stress. What does all this mean?
