I Have An Ache In My Left Side That Has

I have an ache in my left side that has been there since my spleen was injured during a colonoscopy in 2013. the ache is from above my left hip and radiates upwards over my left ribs. It is constantly there and abd ultrasounds show nothing. Chest x-ray was normal. Where can I look at a picture of the inside of a woman's body? Thank you
