I Have An Ache In My Testicals. Like The After

I have an ache in my testicals. Like the after effect of getting kicked in the nads. I can stand the ache and try to forget about it sometimes. It's iff and on and some days not at all. I have had a kidney stone before of 3mm. They said I had another one 3 times that size but may never effect me. This was at ER. Sometimes my urine is real dark like maybe blood. Then my next urine seems normal. Some days I have the ache off and on and other days I don't have anything. Ejaculation make it go away either, so it's not the whole blue ball theory people try to sell me. Any advise? It's been going on for a few 6 months now. I know I need to be seen and I am just waiting on isuramce to kick in. But should I be worried
