I Have An Addiction To Goody Powders. I Have Overdosed

I have an addiction to goody powders. I have overdosed on them several times. one symptom I know of is my ears ringing of overdosing, which they are now. Last time I was admitted I was told my blood is "toxic" whatever that means. I am trying to avoid going to the ER because I have no insurance, If i drink lots of water, like tons of it - will it clean my blood?
