I Have An Almost 11mo Old Daughter Who Has Been

I have an almost 11mo old daughter who has been walking since 9mos. Sometimes she seems to get extremely unbalance and falls a lot. At most other times she is very sure footed. She has had a few febrile seizures but seen a Neuro and was cleared. Her ears have been checked and cleared. Her ped just chocked it up to being a new walker, but it seems more to me than simple oopsies. Should I be concerned and push it with her ped?
