I Have An Almost 4 Yro Boy, All Shots Up

I have an almost 4 yro boy, all shots up to date and regularly see physician. I am concerned he likes to drink water often (asks for it) and urinates a lot. He was checked for diabetes last summer at well-baby check up a routine test. He will have his 4 yo check up late August. No diabetes in family. Should I worry?
