I Have An Almost Full Bottle Of Percoset That Was

I have an almost full bottle of Percoset that was prescribed for me in 2009 when I had a kidney stone attack. I keep it around, and also take it with me on trips, in case I have another kidney stone attack. Is it still safe and effective, given its age? Thank you.
