I Have An Amonia Taste Coming From Back Of Throat!

I have an amonia taste coming from back of throat! It gives me bad breath too! My teeth are good. Sometimes my tougne is white! What maybe the problem? I have had blood tests and everything has come back normal
P.s this has been going on for about 5 years now
