I Have An Appt With The ENT On Tuesday. I

I have an appt with the ENT on Tuesday. I have a small finger like shaped skin growth at the top of my right tonsil area. It is not red and sore, and I can actually touch it with my finger and it moves around. but no feeling in it. It started when I thought I had a hair stuck in the back of my throat (that is what it felt like). I kept sticking my toothbrush back there and trying to get it out. It felt that way a few weeks and then I saw the tiny skin, like a skin tag growing. It seemed to go away and recently came back and grew longer, as it protrudes out. I am a former smoker and very worried. It looks like normal healthy tissue just sticking out like a finger.
