I Have An Area On My Butt That Is Harder

I have an area on my butt that is harder and is a little bigger than usual. I hurts to do a lot of things except for laying down, but even then it hurts a little. I have had it for a few days or more and it doesn't seem like it's going down at all. It is the same color as usual too.
