I Have An Area On My Upper Right Side, Below

I have an area on my upper right side, below my right breast, that is tender to the touch...feels like a bruise, but there's no lump or anything visible...it comes and goes, but has come again for the last day or so....it hurt about two weeks ago after a night out and a few drinks also
