I Have An Elderly Patient Who Is 87 Years Old

I have an elderly patient who is 87 years old she is on a bunch of different medications including xanxa hydrocodone, halperdiol and others. She has had a upper respitory infection about 2 weeks and has went through a few different antibiotics she was just prescribed Levfloxacin oral yesterday and today she is glassy eyes, not very responsive, and warm to touch. Could it be a toxic situation from all of the different medication interacting or just possibly her time? She was already a hospice patient and has been for 4 years. She has dementia and alheimezer as her condition.
