I Have An Elevated TSH Of 4.46 UlU/ml For The

I have an elevated TSH of 4.46 ulU/ml for the first time. Also my Lipase is elevated at 251 U/L and my Amylase is normal at 64 U/L. I had my gallbladder removed a few years ago but still experience pain/ tenderness in that area occasionally. I work third shift and average about 4 to 5 hrs of sleep a day when I'm working. I'm a 27 y.o female. I'm concerned if I'm developing hypothyroidism and pancreatitis
