I Have An Elevated And Very Heavy Heart Beat That

I have an elevated and very heavy heart beat that has lasted for about two hours. When the lights came on in the room my left eyelid started twitchting. I thought is was a panic attack cause I get those all the time but I can usually breathe in and out a few times and calm myself down. I have never had an elevated heart beat for this long/
