I Have An Elevated Psa - Over 10 - Which

I have an elevated psa - over 10 - which has been increasing for several years. I've been biopsied twice with negative results. Kidney function is now at 38% and protein is appearing in urine. I'm not overweight, but am concerned about type 2 diabetes. Twenty years ago I received a full protocol of chemo for a seminoma, including bleomyacin. What do these symptons indicate to you?
