I Have An Enlarged Heart O The Right Side. I

I have an enlarged heart o the right side. I also have a lung disease believed to be hper- sensitive pneumonitis. I am taking 20 mg. of Viagra 3 times a day and 15 mg of prednisone a day. Is there another or different medication that would allow my heart to work more efficiently. I am a 62 year old female
