I Have An Enlarged Prostrate And Causes Frequent Urinary Trips

I have an enlarged prostrate and causes frequent urinary trips to the toilet at night. I have tried several prescriptions all which cause dizziness . I am now gone back to square one and taking one tablet of saw palmetto with pygeum complex. It helps somewhat. I am 87 years old and in very good health. Very active and still working. Because I want to...BP 120/ 80 heart rate, resting at 60. Any suggestions???
