I Have An Enlarged Right Ovary With Vol Of 31.7cc.

I have an enlarged right ovary with Vol of 31.7cc. It has a hemorragic complex cyst that is 3.2 x 2.8 x3.6 with low level echos. I also have corpus luteum cyst less than 3cc on the left ovary. In addition I am having pain and my abdomen is bloated and I look like I am about 3 months pregnant and experiencing nausea most of the day. I do have an appointment with a GYN but I am concerned that this could be cancerous. I had a hysterectomy in 1999.
