I Have An Enlarged Thyroid And I've Been Drinking Pills

I have an enlarged thyroid and I've been drinking pills for it prescribed by a doctor. And recently they had taken my blood and the next day they said that needed to see me within the next month which is unusual cause they said they would see me again in 3 months. Ive smoked weed 3 times. Do you think the weed has affected my thyroid in a negative way?
