I Have An Exam In A Couple Hours. I Don't

I have an exam in a couple hours. I don't usually drink coffee or any caffeine, but I've had two five hour energies because I pulled an all nighter. I've been feeling extremely naseous. My face is really warm but my hands are freezing. Every once in a while I get dizzy and my lips and hands tingle. Is there something wrong? What should I do?
