I Have An Exophytic Lesion Aring From The Left Kidney

I have an exophytic lesion aring from the left kidney measuring 1.8 x 3.0 cm containing a small peripheral calcification. previously measuring 108 x 2.8 cm This leasion demonstrate slight hyperdensity but does not convincingly enhance. I also have area other with 0.8 cm interpolar region. *(previously 0.4 in 2009), Right kidney I have 0.7 exophytic lesion arising from inferior pole and 2mm right renal stone on the right kidney.
