I Have An Exorbant Amount Of Health Issues, So I

I have an exorbant amount of health issues, so I had genetic testing done and it came back that I am affected by a gene mutation, MTHFR to be exact. A little bit more of my health history, I have a pituitary adenoma, gastroenterology issues, kidney stones/urology issues, pulmonary issues, chronic sinusitis/ allergy issues, chronic migraines, TMJ, back problems which include bone spurs on my L5/S1 disc and degenerate disc disease and sciatica nerve issues.. I see many doctors trying to deal with so many different issues. My concern is, none of my doctors have stopped to address the gene mutation MTHFR, which could this possibly be the root of all of my problems? My biggest concern right now is that I am a pain management patient, please hold any judgement, I deal with an incredible amount of pain because of so many different issues. They have recently had me do several UA's and the results are mind boggling to me. I take Oxycodone 15mg, Nucynta ER 250mg, Gabapentin 300mg, Cyclobenzaprine 10mg, also use medical grade cannabis (allowed by my pm doc, becuz of gastric and pituitary tumor) helps my appetite as I recently lost extreme amount of weight, I take many other medications on an as needed basis for stomach issues, I use several different inhalers and as needed migraine meds. So they are saying there is only trace amounts of THC and the oxy and Nucynta are not showing up. Could this be because I process or metabolize medications differently because of the genetic disorder? Or could all the different crap I have to take be making the results inaccurate? I'm concerned my PM doc is not understanding my situation and may eject me from the practice. Ive hit a dead end here and need some help. I don't want to have to take this medication any longer but because none of my doctors have "fixed" any of my issues unfortunately the pain meds are a necessity for me to have any quality of life. Any suggestions for me or am I a lost cause and should I just continue to bide my time....??
