I Have An Extended History Of Afib, 3 Ablations, Had

I have an extended history of Afib, 3 ablations, had a stubborn bout on June 16, 2018, 2 days on cardiozem (spelling) followed by about 28 hours of sotalol before converting. Was placed on 40mg sotolol bid and all went reasonably well with mild side effects until this evening about 730PM. Back in Afib; when I asked the cardiologist what to do if Afib returned he suggested taking an 80mg tablet to stop Afib. Did that at 745PM. Still in Afib. I take Xarelto every morning and a 81mg baby aspirin to protect against a stroke. My avg BP since 8PM is 170 over 98, avg heart rate is 119. Measurements taken 3 times, well spread out, and all were real close to same numbers. My resting heartrate is about 52, normal BP is about 136/70. Something is causing polyuria. Should I wait longer to see if Afib subsides or go to ER?
