I Have An Extensive And Acute Thrombus As Well As

I have an extensive and acute thrombus as well as a "shower" of PEs (teensy ones) which cause a cough. In spite of my treatment (eliquis and tessalon pearls for the cough), I find myself easily fatigued and cold, especially at night. Usually, I'm "blazing hot" - so this is abnormal for me. Could the meds or the condition be causing this?
