I Have An Extremely Painful Lump Under The Skin On

I have an extremely painful lump under the skin on the upper inside of my left butt cheek. It is very close to the tailbone but not quite on it. There is no visible head or opening but I can feel the lump. It is also very sensitive to any amount of pressure. I noticed it only a few days ago.
