I Have An Hematoma On My Upper Left Hip, Left

I have an hematoma on my upper left hip, left lower abdominal area, left lower side and left lower back. It's not broken, but it gets really tight and it's been about a week now. I had a nice swollen bulge on my hip that is very numb. I was in a motorcycle accident and the color is changing from dark purple bit it's still swollen. Is this normal?
