I Have An Increased Appetite, Nausea, Vaginal Cramping, Hot Flashes,

I have an increased appetite, nausea, vaginal cramping, hot flashes, more frequent bowel movements intense bouts of coughing, a lot of mucus collection after i cough, chest pains during and after coughing, a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes...can you give me possible reasons as to what would cause these symptoms
