I Have An Incredibly Itchy Nostril That's Running Clear Liquid

I have an incredibly itchy nostril that's running clear liquid constantly. What can I do at home? I DO NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO SEE A DR. I thought you could at least give me a suggestion to try at home before immediately sending me to a dr. Wow that really taxed your super dr knowledge learned from all those many many years in school huh?
