I Have An Infected Sebaceous Cyst On My Upper Arm.

I have an infected sebaceous cyst on my upper arm. I was first given flucoxacillin which didn't work and then 3 days ago I had it replaced by clarithromycin. I seem to have 2 more boils growing and the skin is still bright red. One boil has opened and is seeping.
