I Have An Infection Around An Implant In My Lower

I have an infection around an implant in my lower jaw that was put there to keep my denture in place. I do not have the dentures yet, but still wear my old ones till the others are done. How can I get rid of the infection in my mouth. I have tried salt water. It only relieves the pain some.
