I have an inflamation of swelling and pain if bumped or touched a certain way on the cuticle area of my right index finger. I have soaked in epsom salt as well as domeboro solution daily as well as applying mupirocin usp. 2 per cent . The condition is very slowly improving but this has been going on for months. Is this the right treatment ?
